THE EXPANDER SYSTEM

Lug wear is a common problem with all machinery. Repairs involve a costly, time-consuming process with significant downtime and must be repeated several times over a machine’s life.

The Expander System is perfect for repairs ; even if the lugs are badly worn a repair can be made in the field with minimum downtime. If the lugs are worn, the sleeves simply expand to conform to the wear patterns and lock the system in place without the need for time-consuming and expensive welding and line boring – just a re-torque.

PIVOT PIN TECHNOLOGY

Lug wear is a common problem with all machinery. Repairs involve a costly, time-consuming process with significant downtime and must be repeated several times over a machine’s life.

With the Expander System, the repair can be carried out directly in the worn mountings without welding and line boring – a permanent solution to lug wear.

QUALITY & TRACEABILITY

The patented Expander System has been endurance tested for over 50,000 hours without failure and more than 1 million pivot pins have been installed in over 60,000 applications.

Our production facilities around the world are equipped to enable high-speed manufacturing and delivery of complete pivot assemblies.

We invest in the latest production technology to ensure maximum capability and quality, and we produce all parts of the Expander System.
