HVAC and refrigeration equipment help skeep industrial, commercial, and residential facilities properly heated, cooled, and ventilated to maintain a comfortable environment. Heaters provide warmth in the winter. Fans and air conditioners cool off areas in the summer. Air filters help remove dust and other airborne contaminants from the air stream to improve indoor air quality. Thermostats and controls help streamline the operation of HVAC systems to improve their efficiency. Refrigeration supplies are used to maintain refrigerators, air conditioners, and other HVAC equipment that use refrigerant to keep them working as expected.

Ventilation Equipment and Supplies

Air curtains provide a barrier of air to help lower energy costs by eliminating untempered outside air from entering through open doors. Exhaust fans force out stale air and pull in fresh, clean air for a more comfortable environment. Combusion air intake systems control the amounts of outside air for proper combustion of oil and gas heating appliances and for more efficent heating. Duct fans increase capacity to HVAC systems, while ductwork circulates air throughout a building. Energy recovery ventilators regulate the temperature and humidity of the fresh air they pull in and can improve indoor air quality. Kitchen and range hoods maintain proper ventilation in kitchen and cooking areas. Portable blowers and carpet dryers quickly dry wet carpeting, rugs, and other flooring surfaces. Direct-drive and belt-drive tubeaxial fans are used to help exhaust contaminated or hot air created in industrial applications, and supply air to help cool or pressurize interior spaces.

Equipment-Cooling & Axial Fans

Equipment-cooling fans and axial fans cool machinery and equipment enclosures when passive ventilation from ambient air or louvers isn’t enough. They regulate enclosure temperatures by bringing cool air in or pushing hot air out to reduce wear on equipment components and help prevent breakdowns or damage. Also known as enclosure fans or cabinet-cooling fans, these fans are often placed near motors and power sources that generate heat. They provide a long service life to withstand daily use in manufacturing plants, warehouses, transportation facilities, and other heavy-use environments.

Air Filter

Industrial HVAC air filters are installed in commercial HVAC systems to remove airborne contaminants from the air stream. This helps improve indoor air quality and prevents the build up of contaminants in equipment and damaging it. The Minimum Efficiency Reporting Value (MERV) rating of a filter measures how efficiently it removes contaminants from the air stream based on the size of the particles it can effectively capture. The higher a filter’s MERV rating the more effectively the filter traps small particles.
